As well as the iconic 'A Clockwork Orange' poster, Philip Castle was commissioned by Kubrick to produce a number of airbrush images for the film, although these are the only ones I seem to be able to find from my own copy of his book 'Airflow'.

The Elvis, Sgt Bilko and one of a lady being squeezed out of a tube a pretty nice.
